Organizations thrive on guiding principles, and SR Technics is no different. To ensure our collective success, we've developed a simple but powerful framework to keep us aligned - TAT, which stands for Trust, Accountability, and Teamwork.

TAT - Working Principles

Trust is at the heart of everything we do. It’s something we must be willing to extend and something we earn over time. Trust requires a balance - on one side, a willingness to let go, and on the other, the acceptance of responsibility. However, trust can be fragile, lost in a moment, so we must work to protect it.

Accountability naturally follows trust. If I trust you, I expect you to be accountable. Mistakes happen - that’s part of being human - but taking responsibility for them is key to maintaining that trust.

Teamwork is what unites us. We’re all part of one SR Technics team, and it’s essential that we support one another. See your coworkers as teammates. Expect them to give their best and be ready to help them succeed.

Together, these principles - Trust, Accountability, and Teamwork - will guide us to even greater success.
