Feng Wu joined SR Technics in October 2023 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board.

He has held leadership positions at HNA Aviation Group and other prominent aviation companies, demonstrating a profound understanding of both business management and aerospace operations.

Feng obtained an Executive MBA from Peking University.

Owen McClave joined the company in 2019. 

Owen's professional experience includes key leadership roles at Pratt and Whitney and Lufthansa Technik in Ireland and Vector Aerospace UK (Airbus Helicopters) where he held the position of Managing Director.

He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business at Trinity College, Dublin, and earned his FCMA designation in Accountancy from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Ruixiang Gong has served in several significant roles, including Chairman of the Board at SR Technics, Vice President of Maintenance at Hainan Airlines, and General Manager of the Maintenance Department at HNA Aviation Group Co., Ltd. 

Ruixiang obtained his bachelor's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

In his free time, Ruixiang enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking and playing basketball.  

Remo Voehringer

Remo Voehringer joined the company in 2009. He held various roles as Vice President Controlling for the Components business, the Operations Division and the entire SR Technics Group.

Before SR Technics Remo served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager at Sheridan Europe and as the Finance Director at Honeywell Aerospace GmbH, and many more.

He earned his academic credentials at the University of Tübingen, where he obtained his degree with a focus on Controlling and Accounting.

In his free time, Remo enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and gardening.

Florent Leforestier

Senior Vice President Procurement

Florent Leforestier brings over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with more than a decade spent at SR Technics supporting the engine MRO activities. During his tenure, he has successfully managed customer services, product development, and most recently, led the industrialization of the GTF and LEAP engine programs. 

He holds a Master of Engineering from the École Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile.

Bo Lump

Senior Vice President Business Development

Bo Lump brings a wealth of experience with 25 years as an executive in the aerospace industry. His extensive background includes roles in Aerospace Design, Manufacturing, and the Aftermarket for both engines and airframes. Bo began his successful career in the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northern Arizona University. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a dedicated LEAN advocate.

Before joining SR Technics, and prior to ITS, Bo worked for Chromalloy as the Global Director on their Small Engine Market Segment with the creation of the organization's strategy and the expansion of business and development of critical engine repairs.

Bo is a self-described “family man” and enjoys hiking, camping, and fly-fishing. 

Yujie Zheng (Jessy)

Deputy CFO

Yujie (Jessy) Zheng has been working for SR Technics since 2017, holding the position of Deputy CFO. Over the past 7 years, her primary responsibility has been fostering synergy between shareholders and SR Technics, with a focus on maximizing shareholder value and contributing to the successful transformation of significant strategic milestones within the company.

Prior to SR Technics, Jessy worked many years in the Aviation and MRO industry in China and has some experience in the Logistics Leasing industry in Singapore. Jessy holds an EMBA from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Also, she has two bachelor's degrees in simultaneous Interpreting from Nankai University, China, and a Bachelor's degree in International Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, China.

 In her free time, Jessy loves traveling, hiking in the Alps and visiting art galleries.

Zeljko Raisic

Zeljko Raisic has 33 years of experience in the company.

Zeljko has held various key positions, including Vice President of Production in Europe, Vice President of Component Maintenance, General Manager, and Head of Engineering.

Zeljko graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Schaffhausen with a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering and has completed his Master's Degree, with a focus on management Excellence and Leadership.

In his free time, Zeljko enjoys spending time with his wife and family, loves skiing and practicing playing the guitar.

With over 17 years of extensive experience in HR practices, Mery brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in enhancing organizational effectiveness.

She is renowned for her practical HR operations knowledge and hands-on approach to developing initiatives that foster inclusive workplace cultures and enhance employee engagement, aligning these efforts with our business goals.

Since joining SR Technics in 2015, Mery has demonstrated her commitment to open communication, adaptability, and inclusion. Her leadership style is marked by a focus on building strong, supportive relationships, making her a respected and effective leader in her field.

Outside of work, Mery enjoys hiking and is passionate about cooking.

Patrick Kuster
