As part of our commitment to responsible procurement, we require all suppliers to review and formally acknowledge their compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct by completing and signing the document.
Instructions for Downloading, Completing, and Returning the Supplier Code of Conduct
- Download the Document - Click on the link below to download the Supplier Code of Conduct (PDF format): Download
- Complete the Required Information - Open the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer. Navigate to the last page of the document. Print and fill in the required fields: Title, First Name, Surname, Role, Company Name, Date
- Sign the Document - Option 1: Digitally sign the document using any ISO 27001 compliant electronic signature application. Option 2: Sign by hand and scan the signed document.
