SR Technics supports the new generation LEAP engine platform
In October 2022, SR Technics signed a Licence Agreement with CFM International for LEAP-1B engines MRO support. In addition to the CFM56 engine types, SR Technics will now also be able to support customers for the new generation LEAP engine platform, starting with the LEAP-1B model.
The LEAP engine services will be an integral part of SR Technics’ Organization and product portfolio in Zurich, Switzerland.

The LEAP-1B engine offers Boeing 737 MAX operators enhanced performance in terms of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, lower NOx emissions, and noise, as it is designed to meet the challenge of the path to decarbonize air transport.
