MNG Airlines dual on-wing repair
Recently SR Technics performed a dual engine repair for our customer MNG Airlines from Turkey. The repair of both PW4000-94 engines was conducted directly on the aircraft. To practice transparency in our business, SR Technics proposed one single offer to the customer avoiding any possible confusion. The repair was done within the agreed timeline thanks to close support from the MNG Airlines Team working with SR Technics teams from Quick Turn Line and Line Maintenance at Zurich Airport.
SR Technics and MNG Airlines have also successfully completed five Pratt & Whitney heavy maintenance shop visits on a nose-to-tail basis between 2020 and 2022. “After 5 Heavy shop visits, we decided to choose SR Technics also for the Hospitality service, since we were very satisfied with the collaboration. It was the first time with such a huge team cooperation – and we are happy to work with SR Technics,” says the Chief of Engineering of MNG Airlines, Cenk Erturk.
