Optimizing SR Technics’ capacity to ensure availability
The MRO industry has displayed remarkable resilience during the past two years, and when it comes to capacity availability, this is a current challenge some companies need to face. Coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, part of the industry had to cut its capacity in order to overcome current conditions.
Nevertheless, SR Technics maintained its staff, and we are preparing for the increase in demand. Our current capacity is similar to that before the COVID-19 pandemic. We are in the process of adding people and adding equipment to handle the increase in demand as well as add new product lines like GTF and LEAP. We are currently in the process of hiring 400 additional people for the upcoming years at SR Technics to handle the demand we anticipate for the near future.
We have improved our efficiency, streamlined processes, and implemented new tools as well as found new ways to discover and attract talent in order to ensure your capacity needs are met for now and in the future.
